
On the morning of June 26, 2025, a gathering was held at the headquarters of the Union of Friendship Organizations in Ho Chi Minh City to commemorate the 249th anniversary of U.S. Independence Day and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the United States. Organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam – America Friendship Association, the event took place in a solemn atmosphere filled with profound sentiment, aiming to honor the journey of sustainable and ever-deepening cooperation between the two nations.


Speaking at the event, Ms. Susan Burns – Consul General of the United States in Ho Chi Minh City – shared about the journey of overcoming the legacy of war to move toward a future of cooperation.
Representing the Vietnamese side, Mr. Pham Thanh Kien – Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam – America Friendship Association – affirmed the importance of people-to-people diplomacy, intellectual exchange, and education in nurturing the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.


After the ceremony, QiClash was respectfully presented to the delegates as a symbolic gift representing the spirit of cultural connection and creativity. This gift not only demonstrates a commitment to accompanying people-to-people diplomacy initiatives but also opens up opportunities for deeper cooperation with the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City in upcoming cultural exchange activities.
